Training
Windhager UK offer a continual programme of training schedules in Austria and also in house at our base in Chippenham. Windhager have new products being developed all the time and it is essential for us to provide on-going training to our agents and installers to maintain the professional service and product knowledge that is essential to achieve outstanding results.
The training rig installed in the UK allows engineers to test and simulate different scenarios and see first hand installation procedures and different designs that are available. The fully working system allows us to show customers the benefits of the Windhager systems and also provides invaluable boiler commissioning and maintenance procedures for engineers.
Product training is available starting with the basic ‘level one’ training. This is usually hosted in the UK with more advanced training being held at Windhagers base in Seekirchen, Austria.
Product overview days are held twice a month for engineers, architects and specifiers that have an interest in the products in our portfolio and wish to gleam an overview of the quality and performance of the range.
We also host HETAS solid fuel engineer's course and the Biomass training course. The three day engineer course is held at our training room typically every two months. The new Biomass is considered essential if you or your company is installing automatic biomass boilers and we expect that the course will be in great demand. We achieve a very high success rate with the delegates that attend the course and often continue working with them.
